Summer is my favorite

Here we are in the middle of the summer. We are all trying our best to survive and feel 'normal.' The weather reminds me of those long summer days when I was carefree as a kid. Or my greek summers! This too shall pass. In the meantime, here are some things you can do for fun without jumping on a plane and going to Santorini.
I went to the beach last weekend and it was so nice! I chose quiet Fenwick Island, Delaware. It is North of Ocean City and South of Bethany. It was very quiet and has plenty of space on the beach. I heard Bethany was quiet too. I drove through Ocean City and would not recommend going there. Many of my clients are going out of state, driving into the North Carolina beaches. I belong to a local Facebook group called, Gotta Go Girl, which gives personal tips from journeys around the east coast. It is nice to hear where people have found clean bathrooms and other good Covid-19 road trip tips. You should request to join!
I have also heard people making trips to winery's and such for nice day trips. People are spaced out quite a bit and the whole family is welcome. You can bring a picnic and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We took my mom strawberry picking at at farm the other day and later made jelly and pie. I would love to go to Harpers Ferry to go tubing if that is open. I have always wanted to do that. You are able to choose how fast or slow you go depending on the course you take.
I have noticed my schedule ease up a bit so that tells me you are doing some vacationing and that makes me happy. I am glad you are getting out. July is usually the slowest time of the year for me at work. I usually go to Greece right about now. If you are in between trips, try to get out for day trips or a weekend trip to the beach. It is good for the soul! Enjoy the beautiful summer weather. It is my favorite!
